Design focus
Necrocaser approaches bar interiors as spatial engineering problems, not branding exercises. Our concepts prioritise how staff move behind the bar, how guests navigate seating clusters, and how lighting transitions from early evening to late service — without centring the design around beverage promotion or alcohol imagery.
Four design pillars
Back-bar organisation
Storage zoning for glassware, tools, and supplies. Vertical clearance for refrigeration and ice wells. Sightline management so the back-bar supports service without dominating the room.
Service ergonomics
Speed rail positioning, service well depth, and bartender reach zones mapped to a standard 900 mm counter height. Workflow paths for one and two-bartender service models.
Lighting layers
Ambient wash (general mood), task lighting (bar top and service areas at 300–500 lux), and accent fixtures (architectural features, shelving). Dimming zones for service transitions.
Acoustic comfort
Reverberation analysis for hard-surface interiors. Absorption recommendations for ceiling, wall panels, and upholstery. Target RT60 under 0.8 seconds for conversation-friendly environments.
