Overview
Every Necrocaser project follows a six-phase process designed to minimise surprises and maximise the usefulness of your concept package. Timelines range from 3 weeks (compact café) to 7 weeks (multi-room restaurant). Two revision rounds are included in every package; additional rounds are available as add-ons.
Discovery & brief
Days 1–3
We begin with a 60-minute consultation — at our São Bento studio, on site, or via video call. You share your venue details (floor plan, lease dimensions, or shell-and-core drawings), target customer profile, service style, and budget range for the fit-out.
We issue a written brief summary within 48 hours, confirming scope, deliverables, timeline, and fixed price. No work begins until you approve the brief and remit the 40% deposit (minimum €740).
Site analysis
Days 4–7
For existing units or when architectural drawings are unavailable, we conduct a site visit (included for projects above €2,500; €350 add-on otherwise). We measure, photograph, and document structural constraints: columns, windows, ceiling height, existing MEP routing, and access points.
We produce an as-built plan that becomes the base layer for all subsequent design work.
Concept development
Weeks 2–3
Our team develops two layout options based on your brief. Each option includes a scaled floor plan, preliminary furniture arrangement, and a narrative explaining the spatial logic (circulation, sightlines, seating density).
We present both options in a 90-minute review session. You select one direction (or request a hybrid). This is revision round one.
Detail design
Weeks 3–5
The selected layout is developed into a full concept package: elevations, fixture schedules, lighting plans, material palettes, and FF&E specifications. Counter ergonomics, power routing, and accessibility compliance are resolved at this stage.
We deliver a draft package for your review. This is revision round two — typically minor adjustments to furniture placement, material selections, or lighting levels.
Final delivery
Final week
After incorporating your feedback, we deliver the final concept package:
- Annotated floor plans (PDF + DWG)
- Elevation drawings (PDF + DWG)
- Fixture and equipment schedule (PDF + XLS)
- Lighting plan with fixture schedule (PDF)
- Material palette board (PDF)
- FF&E specification list (PDF + XLS)
- Project summary memo (PDF)
Final payment (60% balance) is due upon delivery. All intellectual property transfers to you upon full payment.
Contractor handoff
Optional · €290
We offer an optional two-hour contractor briefing session where your build team walks through the plans with our designer. This reduces misinterpretation during construction and is available as an add-on module for any package.
