Most hospitality fit-outs fail quietly: tables too close to the kitchen pass, insufficient power at the counter, lighting that flatters nothing after 19:00. Our concept packages resolve these decisions on paper — with annotated floor plans, elevation sketches, fixture schedules, and material palettes — so your budget goes toward execution, not rework.
